Case Study: Heavy-Duty Pallets Built for National Defense

The Problem

A National Defense company needed reliable, 15011 mill-standard pallet systems to support the global shipment and storage of various missile systems. Each location had slightly different requirements, and the challenge was to produce small monthly quantities while keeping overall costs lower.

We engineered and manufactured government-spec heavy-duty block pallets and top dunnage panels using specialty kiln-dried hardwoods, hardened nails, and chemically treated pallets with high concentrations of PA. To meet military-grade durability standards we have complex quality inspection standards. To reduce per-unit cost and ensure consistent availability, we build these pallets in large batches and maintain them in inventory for just-in-time delivery each month—ensuring the National Defense company's mission-critical products are always ready to move.

The Client

The National Defense company, a long-standing defense partner, operates multiple sites across the U.S. We’re honored to support their work and contribute to the readiness of U.S. and allied forces with pallets that meet the highest government standards of quality and performance.
